Unbelievable customer service! We thought our problem was so much worse than what it was but thanks to Ethan, he was able to quickly assess the issue and take care of it for us the very next day! They were referred to us by someone on our HOA group and now we see why!!

We used Roofserv and they did an excellent job. Katherine Ward and Jesse Daniel were our project managers and they did a great job start to finish. They worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of in a professional manner.
The service I received from Jordan Petronella of Roofserv was exceptional. Right from the moment he inspected the roof until the roof was replaced, Jordan took ownership of the issue and he assured me that he would get my insurance to approve the claim. He made phone calls to the agent that was handling the claim and shared pictures to support his findings and eventually the claim was approved. Jordan is very professional and has a great deal of experience with great sense of ownership. I will definitely reccomend Roofserv to my friends. Excellent job, thanks again Jordan.
